Welcome to Skytech.io, operated by Skytech Smarthome, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Dream Weaver service (“Service”), which provides daily personalized text story notifications and access to content via a bookmarked webpage. By signing up for or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Service, you confirm you are at least 18 years old or have parental consent, and you accept these Terms in full. We may update these Terms at any time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
2. Description of Service
The Dream Weaver Service sends daily SMS notifications from a designated phone number (e.g., 555-STORIES) to alert you of a personalized story for your child, accessible by opening a bookmarked webpage (e.g., https://skytech.io/dreamweaver/daily). Stories are tailored based on information you provide during sign-up. The Service is currently offered free during its beta phase, subject to change.
3. Eligibility and Sign-Up
- You must provide accurate information (e.g., child’s name, interests, preferred bedtime, phone number) during sign-up.
- You consent to receive SMS messages at the specified time. Message and data rates may apply per your mobile carrier.
- You are responsible for bookmarking the designated webpage and ensuring your device can access it.
4. Use of the Service
- The Service is for personal, non-commercial use only.
- You may not misuse the Service, including attempting to access others’ stories or interfering with its operation.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, including stories, is owned by Skytech Smarthome, LLC or its licensors. You may read stories aloud to your child but may not reproduce, distribute, or modify them without permission.
6. Data Privacy and Collection
- We collect your phone number, child’s name, interests, and bedtime preference to deliver the Service.
- SMS notifications and webpage access may involve cookies or IP tracking to personalize content. You consent to this by signing up.
- We comply with applicable privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and will not share your data with third parties except as required by law or to provide the Service (e.g., SMS providers).
- You may opt out of SMS by following instructions in each message. Opting out terminates SMS Service but still allows website access.
7. Disclaimers and Limitations
- The Service is provided “as is” during beta testing, with no warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
- We are not liable for delays, lost messages, or carrier charges.

8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend the Service, including beta access, at our discretion. You may stop using the Service at any time and opting out via SMS instructions. To permanently delete your account and all data stored, send an email to info@skytech.com with your phone number and the instructions “Delete my data”
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Fairfax County, Virginia, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes will be resolved in Fairfax County, Virginia courts.
